We are writing to reassure you that we are available to continue to care for your pets veterinary needs while we take the necessary steps to keep you, our staff and associates in a safe environment.

At this time we are scheduling routine appointments as well as same day appointments when possible.

Wait times are near impossible to gauge as emergencies have been constant over the past few weeks. We are doing our very best and appreciate your patience.

We have instituted a protocol to see patients in the safest way possible for the staff and clients:

Masks are required during pet drop off and pick up.

Clients are asked to call 818-349-8387 and notify our client representative as soon as they have arrived and parked.

Pet parents will be called when our medical team is ready to see the patient, requesting they meet us at the front entrance where a staff member will change leashes or accept a carrier.

The client is to wait in their car until the exam or treatment is completed and they can communicate with a staff member or doctor at that time.

We are requesting that clients do not transport pets if they are ill or have been exposed to someone who has been ill.

Our hospital is routinely disinfected with antiviral cleaners, and in accordance with CDC recommendations, we have increased the cleaning frequency and protocols to include all surfaces that people regularly contact. As we know, hand washing hygiene is an important protocol that we continue to implement for all staff and clients. We work closely with our teams to ensure that anyone who is not feeling well understands that we support them staying home.
